Your role in detail
As a Tele-Sales Coordinator, you'll be responsible for:
- Routine analysis of various online planning portals to create opportunities for the BDM team.
- Contacting and building relationships with consultants, landowners and main contractors
- Utilisation of our CRM system Salesforce
- Weekly reporting of opportunities created to the line manager.
- Generous bonus scheme
- You would be working to realistic monthly targets.
Who we're looking for
We're looking for candidates that have the full right to work in UK, who are driven to meet or exceed targets. Our ideal candidate would have:
- At least 1-2 years previous sales experience is preferred, ideally within an account management or utility sales role
- Training will be provided
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proactive
- Excellent customer service skills
- Salesforce experience - desirable
- Experience in using Glenigans to generate leads - desirable
